CWHI Wraps Up Successful Participation at Wind Expo Tokyo 2026

CWHI successfully concluded its participation in Wind Expo Tokyo 2026, one of Asia's leading renewable energy events, reaffirming its commitment to supporting the development of Japan's offshore wind sector.

Over the course of the three-day exhibition, CWHI engaged with industry stakeholders including developers, EPC contractors, and supply chain partners, exchanging insights on Japan's evolving offshore wind landscape — particularly the growing focus on floating wind and localized supply chain development.

At the exhibition, CWHI showcased its key strengths in offshore wind foundation manufacturing and project execution:

Proven Project Execution

CWHI presented recent milestones from the Inch Cape Offshore Wind Farm in the United Kingdom, including the successful delivery of 32 XXL monopiles and the full completion of 30 transition pieces. This achievement marks a significant milestone, positioning CWHI as the first Chinese supplier to deliver transition pieces to a European offshore wind project, demonstrating its capability to meet stringent international standards.

Integrated Full-Scope Fabrication

With eight advanced fabrication yards across China, CWHI delivers comprehensive manufacturing solutions — from monopiles, transition pieces, offshore wind jackets, and floating foundations. This integrated approach ensures enhanced control over project quality, schedule, and cost efficiency, supporting clients across global offshore wind developments.

Commitment to Global Energy Transition

As Japan accelerates its offshore wind ambitions, particularly in floating wind technologies, CWHI is ready to contribute its engineering expertise, scalable manufacturing capacity, and proven international project experience to support developers and partners in the region.

CWHI's participation at Wind Expo Tokyo 2026 underscores its strategic commitment to the Asia-Pacific offshore wind market and to strengthening collaborations with local and international stakeholders.
