CWHI is pleased to announce the successful departure of the second batch of 8 XXL monopiles for the Inch Cape Offshore Wind Farm Project, achieved just weeks after the first shipment.

This milestone underscores CWHI's ability to maintain project momentum through on-schedule delivery and rigorous quality assurance, reinforcing confidence in one of the UK's most significant offshore wind developments.

Fabricated at CWHI's state-of-the-art Qinzhou Yard, the monopiles were loaded aboard the COSCO vessel “XIAN TAI 33” and departed on 21 September 2025, bound for Forth Ports Leith, Scotland. In total, CWHI is supplying 32 XXL Monopiles, each fabricated to the highest standards of safety and quality.

The Inch Cape Offshore Wind Farm, located off the east coast of Scotland, will play a vital role in supporting the UK's renewable energy targets and advancing the transition to clean energy.
