CWHI Delivers Buoyancy Tank for NFPS COMP2 Project

CWH is delighted to announce the delivery of Buoyancy Tanks to QatarEnergy LNG for the North Field Production Sustainability (NFPS) Offshore Compression Complexes “COMP2” Project in Qatar. With an overall weight of 2,281 MT, the Buoyancy Tanks individually possess a maximum length of 48.5m, outer diameter of 6.3m and weight of nearly 356 MT.

CWHI's overall scope of work for the COMP2 project encompasses the fabrication and project management of bulk tubulars, cones, piles and subassembly. Our tubulars will be supplied into the Jacket Structures, Compression Platforms, Living Quarters, Flares, Interconnecting Bridges and Deck Structures. Additional to the aforementioned scope, CWHI has also supplied high-grade offshore plates for the project.

The COMP2 Project is part of the NFPS Offshore Compression development that encompasses the installation of new assets in Qatar's North Field, including compression complexes at a number of locations to sustain gas supply to the existing liquefied natural gas (LNG) production trains.

Our involvement in this project is another step forward in reinforcing CWHI's commitment to delivering high-quality, precision-engineered solutions for the global energy sector.
