CWHI is pleased to announce the successful completion of all foundation piles deliveries for the North Field Production Sustainability (NFPS) Offshore Compression Complexes – COMP2 Project, marking  another significant milestone in the long-term execution of this strategically important offshore development.

This achievement underscores CWHI’s continued commitment to excellence, quality, and schedule certainty in support of its valued client, QatarEnergy LNG.

The purchase order for the NFPS COMP2 Project was placed in May 2023, reflecting a long-term collaboration spanning nearly three years from procurement through final delivery. Throughout the project lifecycle, all fabrication activities were executed under strict quality assurance and HSE standards, with the supplied structures forming key components of the jacket foundations for the offshore compression facilities.

CWHI’s scope of work covered Procurement, Fabrication, Load-out, and Transportation for:

• Tubulars and cones
• Jacket sub-assemblies
• Foundation piles
• Buoyancy tanks

The total delivered quantity reached approximately 104,100 metric tonnes, supporting the offshore compression facilities under the NFPS programme for QatarEnergy LNG.
